• Installed diffusion systems that have been integrated into your home

• Services that have been completed

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
4. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee for certain items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
